Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the jdl77 platform — including the website, mobile app, games, deposit and withdrawal services — is fully subject to these Terms and Conditions. This document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and jdl77.

Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

Jdl77 supports multiple payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. The following general terms apply:

• Deposit: Processed immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation. No processing fees are charged by jdl77 for deposits.
• Withdrawals: Processed within 1 to 5 minutes for e-wallets and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers, depending on the selected method.
• KYC Verification: Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification before it can be processed.
• Minimum Limit: The minimum deposit is RM10 and the minimum withdrawal is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional campaign.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.

Jdl77 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, jdl77 will notify the member and may request additional supporting documents before the withdrawal is processed.

Bonuses & Promotions

Jdl77 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant campaign terms.
• Jdl77 reserves the right to cancel bonuses claimed fraudulently, through duplicate accounts, or through means deemed as promotional abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in the respective campaign terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

Game Rules

All games available at jdl77 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and esports — are operated in accordance with the individual rules set by the respective game providers. The following general conditions apply across all games:

• All slot games and number-based games use an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness and randomness of every outcome.
• Sports betting odds are as displayed at the time the bet is placed. Any odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect existing bets.
• Jdl77 reserves the right to void or declare invalid any bet placed as a result of a technical error, odds error, or other exceptional circumstances.

Prohibited User Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

Jdl77 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Activities suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Submit a self-exclusion request through the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the jdl77 support team via live chat. Account closure does not waive any outstanding debts or liabilities.

If an account is closed at jdl77's initiative due to a terms violation, the account balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of our internal investigation. In cases of standard closure with no violation, any valid balance will be returned to the member within 7 business days.

Responsible Gaming

The maximum total liability of jdl77 to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made within the 30 days prior to the submission of the liability claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jdl77 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, images, and software — is the intellectual property of jdl77 or our licensed providers, protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, republish, modify, or exploit any content on the jdl77 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

Terms Amendments & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jdl77 is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
